Xenofina's house - Loutro



The Xenofina's House was built, over the sea level within a magical area, full of legends and myths, on the island of Crete, in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea. Nature and full of energy atmosphere of the area have helped men to live here for over thousands years, so as to continue making history, manners and customs in a special way of life. A natural way of life which carries as main characteristics, honesty and spontaneity

Just as you step out of the room, you can enjoy the atmosphere which the cool sea air has turned into a cool, salty and reviving scent. The sea is spreading just in front of you, vast and clear blue water. In total, the "Xenofina" has the "form" and the function of a traditional Cretan Village, that service its guests in a natural and simple way, in a friendly, family atmosphere and that at the same time has adapted all modern needs and facilities.

Rooms description
Our spacious rooms (32m2) have several accommodations such as: Fan on the top, refrigerator, sound insulation and heat insulation, a double bed a single, a sofa which can also be used as a bed. The mattresses are anatomic. All rooms have a balcony with sea view. There is also a private roof garden only for Xenofina's house guests.
